Ezekiel Jennings was born about 1789 in Maryland. He married Sarah Jane "Sally" Williams. Their marriage is proven by the original 1854 birth record of their daughter Barbary which lists both parents names. Ezekiel was previously married to Polly Mabrey and had three sons.

Ezekiel died about 1856.

Mother:
Sarah Jane "Sally" Williams was born about 1810/1818/1819/1816 in Kentucky. She may have been a daughter of Richard Williams or Toy Williams. She could not be a daughter of either John Williams Sr because there is not a female of her age on the 1820 or 1830 census. There IS a possible female that age in Toy Williams' household but his family stayed north in Kentucky. Sarah and Ezekiel were living near Thomas Williams in 1850.

Sarah died after 1870.

Dau. ● Mary Elizabeth Jennings was born 13 Jan 1834 in Tennessee. She married Samuel T Watson about 1863. Mary died 3 June 1914 in Newton County, Arkansas.
