In the cases marked thus * J. J. Kidd has relinquished his interest to Watson
& Co.
In the case marked thus # Watson & Co. have relinquished to R. G. Haden
& to S. M. Haggerty & Co.
I recommend that the patents for the above reservations
be issued to the parties designated opposite each tract respectively and to
their assigns in such cases where the Commr. of the Genl. Land
Office shall be satisfied of the right of the aliens to receive
them. October 10, 1842.
