July 7, 2003 - A gallery of known Jackson Barnett related photographs.
Jan. 23, 2003 - Added "estate case" testimony of Robert Bell who witnessed the "kidnaping" in February 1920.
Dec. 10,11 2002 - Added "estate case" testimony of William O. Beall who explains the Creek enrollment process. Added testimony of Dr. Smith Ely Jelliffe, April 29, 1929 Washington, D.C. before Congress about Jackson's mental state.
Oct. 31, 2002 - Added some miscellaneous testimony about Jackson's maternal relatives, from 1935-37 from the "estate case". Added a text database of the "estate case" witnesses. This indexes the testimony and depositions. Some depositions were later copied to the record as "testimony".
Sept. 2002, 3rd week - Added the scandalous Confidential Report written by W. L. Bowie about Anna Lowe, dated April 28, 1920. Updated the "estate case" witness index to include date and place of testimony and made corrections.
Sept. 2002, 2nd week - Added more text about the "estate case" after Jackson's death. Added more, higher quality pictures of Jackson Barnett from digital scans of photos in the National Archives.
Aug. 2002 - Added a partial list of the legal filings in the "estate case", 1934-1938.
Aug. 15-17, 2002 - Completely redesigned the page, got rid of the "newspaper style" layout with the tall, narrow columns of text. Added more transcripts of newspapers articles.
April 18, 2002 - Added records from the Jackson "The Richest Indian" Barnett estate case. Added an index to depositions and testimony. Added the "Finding of Fact", a summary of the claimants and who were the rightful heirs. Added the box list and location of the original records.
