The house was put up for auction in Oct 1924. On 20 Dec 1924 the house is listed for sale for $100,000 cash.
On 20 March 1925 the house is listed for sale for $85,000.  By 1927 Norman Way had been renamed as
Bundy Drive N and renumbered as part of the 400 block per neighbors

Harold McGugin (1893-1946) was a Coffeyville, Kansas attorney.  In Feb 1923 in Washington, D.C.
Jackson gives a large portion of his estate to Anna and the Baptist Home Mission society of New York.
Presumably the three photos below were taken at that time.

This was taken before his marriage and not after.  The newspaper is the April 27, 1919 edition of "The Daily Oklahoman".  The headline says: "Rick" slips over enemy lines, meets "Archie", returns with shrapnel-torn plane".
