The following reservations are embraced in the contract entered into on the 28th August 1836 at Tallissee Alabama between James C. Watson & Co., General Thomas S. Jesup and certain Creek chiefs and subsequently ratified and confirmed by the individual reserves, as appears by the certified assents thereto, returned by Captain Page Certifying Agent & -- and now on file in the Office of the Commissioner of Indian Affairs.  The patents for these reservations to be issued to James C. Watson & Co. or the persons whose names are marked to the respective tracts on the list, as their assignees.
