Herewith enclosed is a Muster Roll of Creek Indians who emigrated during the 4th Qr. 1837, and being subsisted under my direction.  The 248 persons reported is this Muster Roll as having arrived in their new country on the 30th Nov. 1837, and the 39 persons on the 27th Dec. were removed at the Government's expense under Major Clements.  By referring to my letter of the 31st Jany. you will find an error of six persons in the number reported as having been received by me on the 30th Nov.  My statements of letters rec'd & written in Jany. are herewith enclosed.
